The Owens-Illinois Asbestos Personal Injury Trust was formed in 2022 as a result of the bankruptcy of Paddock Enterprises, LLC. It was established under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code to process, liquidate, and pay all valid asbestos personal injury claims in accordance with the TDP.
The goal of the Trust is to process and pay claims as promptly and efficiently as possible.
