Scheduled Values for O-I Asbestos Trust:
Asbestos Trust Claims are paid the current Payment Percentage of the Scheduled Value for each disease as outlined in the Asbestos Trust TDP. The review is intended to provide qualifying claimants a fixed and certain claims payment.
Valid claims will be paid according to the following schedule:

| Severe Asbestosis (Level IV) | $28,200 |

| Asbestosis/Pleural Disease (Level II) | $2,900 |
| Other Asbestos Disease (Level I - Cash Discount Payment) | $400 |
